This is a city and real estate market like no other! The value of a home cannot be compare in a mile radius. It may vary from street to street or even block to block. We will go over the differences in developing areas. 

Rough Estimate

A general rough estimate will be provided for the cost of repairs to meet compliance as well as a general timeline for completion. 

Land Bank Options

If you have not done so already please visit www.buildingdetroit.org and click on the "IMPORTANT INFO" tab. Read the "Policies and Procedures" as well as "FAQS". Then we can go over the different bidding options and what you can expect.

Walk-Thru

I will walk-thru the property that you are interested in bidding so you can see the current condition. It is your choice if you want me to accompany you in person or I can walk the interior and exterior with you remotely on a video call.

Communication 

I am happy to answer any questions you may have during this process. Typically, I am able to respond to a text message or  missed call within the hour and emails within 24 hours.
